I have recently read a bunch of novels and novellas which have queer-femme romance as a major plot or subplot, and I'm hoping for your recs for more.

This is what I've recently finished:

Girls of Paper and Fire, Natasha Ngan
A Master of Djinn, P. Djèlí Clark
Girl, Serpent, Thorn, Melissa Bashardoust
Her Silhouette, Drawn in Water, Vylar Kaftan

@emma In case you're still looking for recommendations:

Everything by Benjanun Sriduangkaew, really. It is so queer!
And everything by Effie Calvin.

Oh, and also everything by Anna-Marie McLemore. Even though only some of them feature queer femme romance, they are all queer, and so sweet and romantic!

Also, in no particular order:
The Luminous Dead by Caitlin Starling.
The Outside by Ada Hoffmann.
Teixcalaan cycle (A Memory Called Empire / A Desolation Called Peace) by Arkady Martine.
This Is How You Lose The Time War by Amal El-Mohtar.
The Drowning Girl by Caitlin R. Kiernan.
Locked Tomb cycle (Gideon the Ninth / Harrow the Ninth / Alecto the Ninth) by Tamsyn Muir; the first book is heavily lesbian-coded and I heard the second one is more queer.

In all of these (besides some of Anna-Marie McLemore books which are not femme but no less queer or romantic) queer-femme romance involves leading characters, and all of these are absolutely great!
